The one job on the Farm we all wish we didn't have to do is the mucking out! I personally think it is a 'blue' job for Tony hehe! I think he'd disagree and say we live in an equal world!! Anyway the Farm and the big kids are all Tony's today as I'm off to a craft crop @kankiepopscards with some friends and titchy Daniel! I'm sure I'll get lots of ideas for new things I can try. I'm taking my crochet hook and wool and am hoping someone there will be able to give a little advise on 'grannie squares' as mine seem to be round!! hehe will let you know how I get on. Just off to get my quick chocolate slice out of oven and covered in chocolate before the day begins to get busy! Its a great recipe I found on someone elses blog and it really is quick, easy and gorgeous!! Quick Chocolate Slice 1 cup self raising flour 1 cup coconut 1/2 cup sugar 125g melted butter 2 tablespoons coco powder Melt the butter in a medium pan and put oven on 150 (fan oven) to warm. Line a square 8" tray or cake tin. Once butter melted put everything into the pan with the butter, off the heat, and combine. Spread the thick mixture firmly into tray or tin and cook for 15 minutes. Ice with chocolate icing while still warm and sprinkle with coconut. Leave to cool in tin and slice. Everyone should give this recipe a try as it really is easy to do but makes a great little gift if you are going to a friends. You can't go wrong giving a chocolate cake can you!
